You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.Who We Want:We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to focus on developing and maintaining our user platform's backend systems.RequirementsCollaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and other Software Engineers to deliver new functionality and iterative improvements to customer-facing productsBuild efficient, scalable and reusable cloud services using Python, TypeScript, and Infrastructure as Code toolsBuilding and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with various data stores, including MongoDBParticipate in code reviews with other engineersFocus on knowledge sharing with other engineersIdentify and resolve scalability and performance issuesFocus on application performance and monitoring

Salary Budget - Upto 35 LPAEssential Criteria:5+ years of professional experience in Backend development, with a focus on Python and TypeScript.Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIsExperience with MongoDBExperience with Serverless technologies, including AWS LambdaExperience with infrastructure as code, particularly CloudFormationHigh attention to detail, flexible ,and able to work concurrently on multiple projectsAbility to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills

Desired Criteria:Experience in working with modern CI/CD and engineering tooling - we leverage Amazon Web Services, GitHub Actions, and AWSCloud Formation extensivelyExperience with agile methodologies4-5 hours of overlap as per US time zone
