The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, improve service processes, and support overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and service performance. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client relations. Prior Experience in Automotive Sector is preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
