Job Title: Data Scientist (Generative AI – Text, Audio, Video)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel covered by us)

Role Overview

We are hiring Data Scientists (Generative AI) who live and breathe transformers and

multimodal generative models. You'll be working on breakthrough applications in text,

audio, and video generation — building systems that feel alive, emotionally resonant,

and technically robust.

This role is hands-on and research-driven, perfect for someone who can take

experiments from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Work On

Fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs for advanced text generation.

Developing Whisper-based pipelines for multilingual speech recognition and

audio generation.

Experimenting with diffusion models, LoRA, RLHF, and SFT for text-to-audio and

text-to-video tasks.

Building lip-sync systems that feel natural and emotionally consistent.

Ensuring character consistency in video generation pipelines.

Designing and implementing automated evaluation systems to raise quality

standards for AI-generated content.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and

research to deploy real-world AI experiences at scale.

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of overall Data Science / Machine Learning experience.

Depth in at least one generative modality: Text, Audio, or Video.

Strong coding skills (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA).

Proven experience with transformer architectures, diffusion models, or generative

pipelines.

Familiarity with model fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), RLHF, SFT, and large-scale

training.

Ability to take ownership from research and prototyping → production

deployment.

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a high-velocity,

research-oriented environment. name

Pay: ₹572, ₹1,922,722.23 per year
