Our HR team in Kolkata is looking for an immediate joiner who is a

MBA in HR

from a reputed institution and has a

strong understanding of labour law and compliance . The ideal candidate should have experience of working in the

manufacturing industry , be a good team leader, tech-savvy, and result-oriented. Don't miss this opportunity to join our team and make a differenceJob DescriptionManaging all statutory compliance as per Factories Act.Renewal of licenses and submission of returns - Fire, Pollution, Factory, CLRA, Payment of wages act, Bonus act etcLiaison with local and government administrative bodiesGrievance Handling of employees and maintaining harmonious IR environment in PlantOversee Leave and salary administration, respond to queries of employee for PF/ESIC etcEnsure proper committees are in place and are made functionalOrganize training development and employee benefit programmesSet KRA & KPI of employees, organize periodic review mechanismCoordinate with corporate HR to execute all corporate initiatives for the plantArrange for local hires and support HO HR team for unit level recruitment

Experience -5-10 years with Good knowledge of Industrial Dispute Act, Factory Act, PF & ESIC Act, Trade Union negotiation
