Job Description

  1. Managing all statutory compliance as per Factories Act.
  2. Renewal of licenses and submission of returns - Fire, Pollution, Factory, CLRA, Payment of wages act, Bonus act etc
  3. Liaison with local and government administrative bodies
  4. Grievance Handling of employees and maintaining harmonious IR environment in Plant
  5. Oversee Leave and salary administration, respond to queries of employee for PF/ESIC etc
  6. Ensure proper committees are in place and are made functional
  7. Organize training development and employee benefit programmes
  8. Set KRA & KPI of employees, organize periodic review mechanism
  9. Coordinate with corporate HR to execute all corporate initiatives for the plant
  10. Arrange for local hires and support HO HR team for unit level recruitment

Experience -5-10 years with Good knowledge of Industrial Dispute Act, Factory Act, PF & ESIC Act, Trade Union negotiation
