Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Manager in Sales/BDM specializing in lighting products and fixtures. The role involves engaging with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting product solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Proven Sales experience and a results-driven approach
  • Effective Organization Skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of architectural lighting products and market trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
