This will closely involve in Payroll & Compliances HR Generalist in close partnership with the heads and other key stakeholders of the Organization. You will be responsible for end to end HR management of the Corporate Office, all stores, warehouses and field staff.Responsibility will include below but not limit to payroll / compliance, employee welfare, employee grievance management, disciplinary control and liaison with external stake holders (Clients & Partners) & Government Authorities.Primary Responsibilities:Building Strong Organization with smooth functioning through HR perspective ensuring adherence to Management’s Vision. Ensure all processes are followed keeping the employee morale high.Payroll & Statutory Compliances & Legal Matters:● Responsible for 100% accuracy in payroll processing through SPINE HRIS● Process payroll manually where HRIS not applicable● Verification of Attendance of all employees across all stores, warehouses & other locations● Ensure timely filing of returns and fulfilling other compliance requirements under various labor laws, PF, ESIC, MLWF, Contract Labor, Payment of Wages, etc. through a professional consultant.● Respond to Inspections and Notices by government authorities to smooth closure● Update status on legal cases and discuss way forward with Sr. Manager / Leadership Employee Life Cycle● Ensure smooth onboarding of new recruits● Ensure all joining formalities are completed as per SOPs and TAT● Maintain all records physical & on HRIS covering entire Employee Life Cycle● Support in all tasks related to Performance Management● Assist HR Manager in all activities and responsibilities assigned● Plan & Execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives● Participate and support Sr. Managers in driving initiatives in the area of employee relations● Responsible for Off-boarding as per SOPs & TATRecruitment● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.● Connect with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.● Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles using various channels such as job boards, social media, niche professional websites and networking events.● Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the organization● Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end (Screening to onboarding)● Provide proper induction program to new recruits Facilities Management and Vendor Management● Assess risks to stores, warehouses and employees, build information network with local bodies and accordingly strengthen the internal security practices● Work with contractors / agency for housekeeping● Monitor and review the work of these agencies to ensure good upkeep of the stores and officeIMMEDIATE JOINERS WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WILL BE HIGHLY PREFERRED. SPINE software EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFERRED. Candidates matching experience may share resumes to / mentioning their experience, notice period, current & expected CTC.Candidate Profile Expectations: ● Bachelor or Master degree in HR required and 5+ years progressive experience in HR for India● Must possess demonstrated experience in Payroll & Compliance and general HR● SPINE HRIS experience will be highly preferred● English, Marathi and Hindi proficiency is required;

additional Indian languages will be a plus● Good communicator through written, verbal & non verbal● Exceptional interpersonal skills and well organized detailed oriented person● Ability to work effectively in high-pressure & fast-paced situations● Strong analysis and problem solving skills
