Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and transform our HR function. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to ensure a robust workforce.
Implement and manage performance evaluation systems and employee development programs.
Lead employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive work environment and high engagement levels.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, overseeing all HR operations including payroll and benefits administration.
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture enhancement programs.
Develop and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's in HR preferred.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in building and scaling HR functions in growing organizations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and current industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
