Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients globally, promoting our web and mobile app development services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and effectively presenting our company's offerings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
Strong telecalling and cold-calling abilities, with the confidence to engage and persuade potential clients.
Good knowledge of web and mobile app development concepts and technologies will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
