We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails to join our tech team in Gurgaon.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll work on high-impact projects powering our core travel platform, contributing to the architectural vision, and building scalable backend systems that directly influence the customer experience.Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails.- Lead and contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features end-to-end.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using industry best practices.- Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and scalability.Qualifications- 4+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails in a production environment.- Solid understanding of MVC architecture, PostgreSQL, Redis, and API design principles.- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Required Skills- Ruby on Rails- PostgreSQL- Redis- Sidekiq- API design principles- AWS or similar cloud platformsPreferred Skills- CI/CD pipelines- Agile development methodologiesLocation: Gurgaon/Jaipur | Experience: 4+ Years | ️ Full-Time
