We are seeking passionate and experienced Software Trainers to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions, design a curriculum, and mentor aspiring software developers in cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the future of technology professionals. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct both online and offline training sessions for assigned technologies.
  • Design, update, and improve training materials, course content, and learning paths.
  • Deliver practical, hands-on coding demonstrations and supervise labs/projects.
  • Assess and evaluate trainees' performance through tests, assignments, and project reviews.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training sessions.
  • Provide career guidance and technical support to trainees.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum design team to align content with industry requirements.

Technical Expertise Required

For Full Stack Development Trainer:

  • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js/Angular.
  • Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, AWS .

For Java Trainer:

  • Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST APIs.

For Python Trainer:

  • Python programming, Django/Flask, data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas).

For Artificial Intelligence Trainer:

  • Machine learning, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), natural language processing (NLP).

For Data Science Trainer:

  • Data analytics, visualisation tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau), machine learning.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training or hands-on development in relevant technology.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Java, AWS, AI, Data Science certifications).
  • Prior experience in corporate or educational training.
  • Hands-on experience with live projects or product development.
