Job Title: Grocery Team Leader / Store Supervisor

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of grocery associates.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Ensure shelves are always well-stocked, neat, and visually appealing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve store-related issues.
  • Maintain store policies, hygiene, and food safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail / Grocery store experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift/move stock and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for customer service and team success.
