Expertise in AI, Marketing, or Business Development: Demonstrated experience, deep insights, or a strong professional network in at least one of these domains. Proven Track Record: Preferably in C-suite roles , founders of already running startups , or senior leaders in top businesses or IT companies . Passion for Innovation: Drive to push boundaries and deliver extraordinary value through technology-driven marketing and branding solutions. Leadership & Team-Building Skills: Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead a diverse, high-performing global team. Co-Investment Capability: Willingness and ability to co-invest in technology, marketing initiatives, and global expansion projects , alongside equity ownership. Business Development & Partnerships Lead efforts to acquire and retain high-value clients across multiple continents. Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, marketing platforms, and global enterprises. Oversee sales strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth initiatives . Fundraising, Investment & Investor Relations Drive fundraising initiatives , pitch to investors, and manage stakeholder relations. Collaborate on co-investment decisions in technology and marketing initiatives to accelerate growth. Prepare financial projections, growth reports, and operational plans for investors. Product Innovation & AI Solutions Guide the development and evolution of AI-driven marketing tools like Ad Optima MC², Brand Core Elite, and AI Growth Pro. Operations & Team Management Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, cross-functional global team .
