We think that’s outdated.We’re building systems that can design, adapt, and scale powered by AI, automation, and clean logic.We’ve been doing this quietly for a while.Now, we’re expanding the team and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn how to make machines think like designers.You’ll work directly with the founder and engineering team to build automation tools that connect design and intelligence from Figma API workflows to custom ML pipelines that make creative production 10x faster.If you’ve ever wanted to blend AI, design, and real-world automation, this is that chance.What you’ll doBuild and experiment with AI-based automation tools using APIs (Figma, OpenAI, Stability, etc.)Write clean, efficient code that makes workflows smarter — not just flashier.Design and prototype UI/UX flows for automation dashboards.Work closely with designers to understand pain points and automate repetitive tasks.Contribute to internal libraries and frameworks that connect AI with design tools.Document, test, and iterate fast.What we’re looking forYou have a solid grasp of Python, APIs, and basic machine learning concepts.You understand how Figma and design systems work — or you’re curious enough to learn fast.You’ve tinkered with or built small projects that connect design tools with automation.You can think through both logic and aesthetics — technical + creative.You actually care about learning, not just adding “AI” to your resume.You’re consistent.
