An Ideal Candidate:Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for the course offerings through a structured Counselling Session with the working professional's & students.Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customersLooking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.E. enrolment in the program.Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM systemUnderstand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based.roles & Responsibilities:Call and understand requirements of professionals looking for career up-skilling and pitch the right course as per their needs.Should be maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM (preferably Leadsquare).Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.Consistently achieve revenue targets.Eligibility and Desired Profile :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Graduation is Mandatory (B-tech, BCA, MA, BE, MCA, ME, MBA).1 to 3 years of experience in EdTech Inside Sales.Min 6 months of experience in sales of data science and analytics certification.B2C Sales experience.Ability to persuade and negotiate.Number of vacancies : 16
