You diligently follow-up on any incidents related to the platform.You stay up to date on the latest developments in the world of ServiceNow (through networking, seminars, training ...) and explore how platform changes and the release of new features can be leveraged in our environment, so that DEME can make the most of its investment.You have a bachelor’s degreeYou are ITIL Foundation certified (or able to demonstrate knowledge of the Framework)You can demonstrate hand-on sys-admin/scripting/development experience with the
