What the Job Involves:
End-to-end recruitment management.
Source potential candidates through online channels.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate interview experience.
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
Managing the entire onboarding process for the employees, including the HRMS portal.
Implementing new strategies for talent management, employer branding, etc.
Managing the overall employee lifecycle for selected employees.

What we are looking for:
Proven work experience of 1-3 years, preferably in a startup.
Experience in high volume as well as niche hiring.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
MBA in HR or an equivalent degree.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Excel and Power-point skills
