Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting regular feedback sessions, and resolving conflicts.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and performance evaluations to support employee growth and development.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely resolution of payroll-related queries.
- HR Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
