Brief about the role:You are an exceptional Performance Marketing professional with a passion for developing and executing data- driven campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Performance Marketing professional at Ozone, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms, including search, social media, and display advertising.

If you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing plans, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results, we want you on our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning and execution across Google and Facebook to drive revenue while ensuring healthy ROASOwn & deliver on user growth targets. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs.Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning.Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging)Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns inclusive of In-App Messaging, Email, and other retention techniques

Skillset & Qualifications Required:Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics
