About the Role - We are seeking a dynamic professional with substantial experience in the BFSI industry, specializing in Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Employer Branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals
Identify and address skill gaps through robust workforce planning and upskilling initiatives
Partner with business leaders to establish clear talent pipelines for critical roles
Implement career development frameworks, succession planning, and performance management systems
Design and deliver impactful L&D programs that foster continuous learning and professional growth
Create leadership development initiatives tailored to Investment Banking, Research and Broking professionals
Leverage technology to implement innovative learning solutions
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring ROI
Build and enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice
Strategically position the company in the market through branding campaigns, digital presence, and industry events
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between corporate and employer brand messaging
Develop employee advocacy programs to amplify the brand internally and externally
Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business priorities and align talent initiatives
Collaborate with external consultants, agencies, and universities to attract top talent
Engage with employees to foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications - Education: MBA/PGDM in HR
Required Skills
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Proven expertise in talent management, L&D, and employer branding
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Women Returning to workforce after a break (2+ years) are welcome to apply
