Job Title: Management Trainee – US IT Sales (AI/ML Domain) Location: Mohali (Phase-8B)/Noida (Sector-142) Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) About the Role We are looking for energetic and technically strong students with sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) who are eager to begin their career in US IT Sales. The selected candidates will be trained to manage end-to-end sales processes, define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), pitch InfoStride’s offerings, and lead a lead generation team. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the end-to-end sales cycle for AI/ML and technology-based solutions. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on business goals. Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the US region. Present and pitch InfoStride’s services and solutions effectively to prospective clients. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Support and guide the lead generation team to achieve performance targets. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MBA/BCA/MCA (preferred specialization: AI & ML). Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST).
