Knowledge of sanction monitoring system.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with other data visualization tools.Familiarity with other regulatory reporting tools and software.Professional certifications from Oracle university in Oracle database.Functional ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of Compliance Systems in accordance with regulatory standards.Ensure ongoing performance monitoring of compliance systems, with a focus on minimizing false positives to maintain operational efficiency.Ensure ongoing tuning of system parameters through statistical methods.Ensure parameters are thoroughly tested prior to deployment in production.Automate and improve system related processes and controls.Proactively identify discrepancies within compliance systems, communicate findings to Senior Management, and follow through to ensure timely and effective resolution.Maintain daily reporting of system performance metrics to the Head of Compliance Projects, Systems & Data, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Document and track all change requests received for optimizing the operational processesPerform tuning activities for FircoSoft’s
