Purpose of Job:The position will be responsible for analyzing business processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency and productivity, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and stakeholders, to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and implement best practices.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:Evaluate and assess business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify areas of improvement and potential optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and stakeholders, to gather information and requirements.Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, use cases, and business requirements.Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs
to monitor process performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure success.Conduct training and provide guidance to end-users on new processes and procedures.Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.Participate in project teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Education / Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 7-8
years of proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience developing process maps, workflows, and proceduresKnowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six SigmaExperience with project management and cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office / Tableau / Power BI, etc and business process modeling toolsExceptional predictive planning abilities with a proven record of recommending and implementing process and efficiency improvements; demonstrated success in identifying and successfully executing strategic business opportunities.
