Whizz HR is hiring Assistant Director/Creative producer to work with an award winning brand

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision and Strategy:-- Develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for the brands.- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, brand identity, and target audience.- Translate client objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies.- Stay updated with current industry trends and creative techniques.- Ensure that the studio's creative work aligns with the client's brand and meets theirrequirements.

2. Team Leadership and Management:-- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including photographers, videographers,stylists, and designers.- Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.- Conduct regular team meetings and reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.- Develop the skills and talents of the team through mentorship and training opportunities.

3. Project Conceptualization and Development:-- Collaborate with clients and internal as well as external teams to understand projectobjectives and requirements.- Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for product/model photography and videographyprojects- Develop storyboards, shot lists, mood boards, and other visual references to communicatethe creative vision.- Participate in client presentations to articulate and sell creative concepts.- Ensure that the studio's creative concepts align with the client's goals and brand identity.4. Quality Control and Creative Execution:-- Oversee the execution of creative concepts throughout the production process.- Provide artistic and technical guidance to the team during photography and videographyshoots in collaboration with the DOP.- Review and approve final visual materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to thecreative vision.- Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure consistent and impactful visualoutcomes.- Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met.- Conduct quality control checks to maintain the studio's creative standards.5. Client Relationships and Business Development:-- Collaborate with the account managers and sales teams to understand client needs andobjectives.- Participate in client meetings and presentations to present and discuss creative concepts.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeatbusiness.- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and pitchingcreative ideas.- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative andrelevant creative solutions to clients.6. Creative Branding and Marketing:-- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the studio's creative brandingand identity.- Ensure consistency in the studio's visual assets, including its website, portfolio, andpromotional materials.- Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing creative insights and concepts.- Participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to network and showcase thestudio's creative capabilities
