Employment Type: Full Time, permanent


Job Requirements:

  • Adequate exposure in conceptualizing, visualizing and assisting in the direction of digital content such as Ad’s, Promos, Brand films, Corporate films, YouTube content, etc.
  • Works with the team to raise the creative bar with every project - both in terms of creativity and efficiency.
  • Organized, efficient and thorough.
  • Has exposure to various formats: live action, animation, stock-footage based, mixed format, etc.
  • Has a thorough understanding of the video production process.
  • Runs projects efficiently with Directors, Producers, Writers, the Art team, Editors, Animators, freelancers, etc and brings scripts to life.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Up to date on video styles and video content trends.
  • Clear and effective communication skills - both verbal and written in order to liaise with the director, cast, crew, and other production team members.
  • Ability to convey instructions, relay feedback, and provide updates in a concise, professional and timely manner.
  • Works aggressively towards meeting project deadlines.



Roles and responsibilities:

  • Pre Production
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to research and gather references for concept development.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) decks to streamline project planning.
  • Contribute to visualization efforts, particularly for stock-based projects, ensuring cohesive visual narratives.
  • Provide support to the creative team in finalizing key elements such as casting, voice-over artists, and other production aspects.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and discussions to maintain alignment and ensure smooth communication across teams.


  • Production
  • Recce and shot breakdown
  • Give complete support to the director on shoots.
  • Work closely with Producers in running the set
  • Brief stylists,art directors and the camera team in-line with Director’s vision and project requirements
  • Maintain log sheets.
  • Organize and manage footage transfer and backup.
  • Post shoot
  • Get footage downloaded.
  • Brief the editor and provide a log sheet.
  • Prepare line up with the editor.
  • Run the post production to facilitate desired outcome for the Director and for the project.
  • Quality control of all outputs from the post team.
  • Coordinating feedback with the Director.
  • Aid in final delivery of the film.


Qualifications:

  • Masters (or equivalent) degree in Film / Video Production.
  • Proficient in usage of Microsoft / Google suite.
  • Adequate understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, and other technical aspects of filmmaking.
  • Basic understanding of film editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer is beneficial.
