Roles and Responsibilities-Align & gather business requirements from business stakeholders for CRM system & process improvementPlan, align & deploy Salesforce CRM Modules in co-ordination with HQ team & Business Stakeholders.Drive end to end journey based B2C campaignsCo-ordinate with Kia HQ & CRM operations team for managing day to day CRM operationsPlan & Execute Salesforce CRM & DMS enhancementsDefine customer data management strategy and related initiatives to enhance customer base & Dealer performanceAnalyse customer data quality & Consent management.Monitor CRM KPIs through CRM dashboardsPrepare Management reports & approvals

Required-At least 3 years role relevant experience. Total 5~10 years overall experienceMandatory experience in CRM function (preferably in automobile domain)Required hands on experience in Service cloud , sales cloud , marketing cloudProblem solver with good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work within a team and independentlyResolve and/or escalate issues within a well-timed routineProject and People Management.Ability to plan and produce reports using MS Office and other basic IT tools.

Eligibility -MBA or EquivalentSalesforce certification will be an added advantageEnglish & Hindi is a must
