Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Cook located in Raipur. The Assistant Cook will be responsible for assisting the head cook in meal preparation, ensuring kitchen hygiene, following food safety standards, and maintaining ingredient inventory. Day-to-day tasks include chopping vegetables, preparing basic dishes, assisting in cooking processes, and cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills in meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Inventory management and ingredient handling skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus but not required
