Youare expected todo:

  • TeamLeadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers fostering acollaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular teammeetings performance reviews and provide ongoing training anddevelopment.
  • DesignandDevelopment: Oversee the design and development of detailed electrical powersystems including schematics wiring diagrams and layout drawings.Conduct advanced system modelling and simulations to validatedesignchoices.
  • ProjectManagement: Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring projectsare completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with projectmanagers clients and stakeholders to define project requirementsanddeliverables.
  • TechnicalExpertise: Provide expert technical support and guidance. Troubleshoot complexelectrical and materialrelated issues and conduct rigorous testingand validation ofsystems.
  • ComplianceandSafety: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards codesand regulations (e.g. IEEE NEC IEC). Implement and promote safetymeasures in all engineeringactivities.

Requirements

Youwill be a great fit if youhave:

  • B.E./ B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering orequivalent.
  • 815 years of relevant workexperience.
  • Experiencein designing Electrical power distribution and controlsschemes.
  • Preparesingle line diagram for PCC MCC.
  • Knowledgein Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Power distribution and planning.
  • Knowledgein various levels of protection systems and earthing systems.
  • Workingexperience in software s like AUTO CAD (Mandatory) ECAD /EPlan(AddedAdvantage)
