Coimbatore (On-site / Hybrid based on requirement)Position Overview We are hiring a skilled Stock Market Analyst based in Coimbatore to provide high-quality equity research, generate profitable market calls, and professionally manage investment portfolios. The candidate must be disciplined, analytical, and capable of delivering consistent results.Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research & Analysis Analyse Nifty, Bank Nifty, Midcap, Smallcap indices daily.Track global markets, macroeconomic trends, corporate announcements.Perform technical and fundamental analysis to identify investment opportunities.Study quarterly earnings, financial ratios, and company fundamentals.2. Calls & Recommendations Provide intraday, swing, BTST, and long-term calls with entry, target, and stop-loss.Share sector-wise high-conviction ideas (Banking, IT, FMCG, Auto, etc.).Publish daily/weekly market outlook reports.Maintain high accuracy and timely delivery of calls.3. Portfolio Management Construct and manage diversified portfolios based on investor goals.Track and rebalance portfolios regularly to maximise performance.Monitor risks, maintain stop-loss discipline, and use hedging strategies when needed.Provide performance reports and insights to management.4. Risk & Compliance Ensure strict discipline in risk-to-reward and capital allocation.Adhere to SEBI and company guidelines during research and recommendations.Maintain transparency and detailed records of all calls.5. Reporting & Communication Prepare research notes, company analysis, and market commentary.Present investment strategies to the director/CEO when required.Give instant updates on major market events (Budget, RBI Policy, geopolitical news, etc.).Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong expertise in technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Fibonacci, VWAP, Ichimoku, etc.).Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and portfolio theory.Experience with TradingView, ChartIQ, or similar platforms.Understanding financial statements and business fundamentals.Education & Certifications MBA Finance / CFA / CA / B.Com / BBA (Finance) preferred.NISM (Research Analyst / Investment Advisor) certification is an added advantage.Experience 2–6 years of experience in stock market analysis, trading calls, or portfolio management.Proven track record of call accuracy and portfolio performance.Soft Skills Strong communication and reporting skills.High discipline, integrity, and decision-making ability.Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving markets.Compensation Competitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based incentive + profit-sharing optionsFast growth opportunity in the investment divisionWork Location Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu(On-site; hybrid flexibility may be offered for senior candidates)
