Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Content Writer Intern who can simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand articles, guides, and documentation. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to create content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality technical blogs, product guides, API documentation, and tutorials.
  • Research and understand complex software products, APIs, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Optimize content for SEO while maintaining technical depth.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain brand tone and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Ability to research and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with Markdown, Git, or CMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Creative approach to making technical content engaging.
  • Detail-oriented with strong grammar and editing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of email marketing, automation tools, or integrations.
  • Experience writing developer-focused content.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
