Overview: The HRManager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing allaspects of human resources management. They are responsible fordeveloping and implementing HR strategies and initiatives tosupport the organizations goals and objectives. The HR Managerworks closely with senior management to enhance the employeeexperience drive performance management and ensure compliance withemployment laws and regulations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment andselection process including sourcing interviewing andonboarding.
  • Oversee employee relationsincluding conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievancehandling.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems foraccurate employee data and reporting.
  • Ensurecompliance with all applicable employment laws andregulations.
  • Administer employee benefits andcompensation programs.
  • Develop and implementperformance management processes to drive employee engagement andproductivity.
  • Provide guidance and coaching tomanagers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handleemployee relations issues and conduct investigations whennecessary.
  • Manage and resolve issues related toworkplace health and safety.
  • Develop andconduct training programs to enhance employee skills andknowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits of HRprocesses and recommendimprovements.
  • Participate in developing HRdepartment goals objectives and systems.
  • Leadand direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HRservice.
  • Conduct research and analysis oforganizational trends and develop HRsolutions.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manageror similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge ofemployment legislation andregulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HRsoftware systems.
  • Demonstrated experience inrecruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strongunderstanding of compensation and benefitsprograms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflictresolution skills.
  • Ability to effectivelycommunicate and influence at all levels of theorganization.
  • Proven experience in managing anddeveloping highperformance teams.
  • Exceptionalorganizational and time managementskills.
  • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritizeand multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • HRcertification such as SHRMCP or PHR ispreferred.
  • Knowledge of best practices inemployee relations and HR policies.
  • Experiencein developing and implementing HR strategies andinitiatives.
