TA CoordinatorOverview:At HealthEdge, we know that our people are our greatest asset. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented TA Coordinator to support us as we build incredible teams and continue to expand our collaborative culture.This role will sit in our HR team and will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition. The recruiting team is a trusted partner to our internal customers and this hire will play a key role in the team’s success.About Center of Excellence:Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allow the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

What you will do:Work closely with the recruiters to coordinate scheduling of in-person/Zoom interviews for candidates with hiring managers and their teams.Participate in interview de-brief sessions after in-person/Zoom interviews by collecting notes to be shared with the recruiters and hiring managers.Conduct reference checks on finalist candidates and prepare notes to share with hiring managers.Post jobs on LinkedIn and other job sites.Coordinate social media posts to promote job openings and partner with marketing.Add data on open positions and candidates in our ATS (Ultimate Software/UKG).Gather data for reporting purposes from the ATS system and other sources to assist in TA team dashboard creation.Participate in job fairs as needed.Experience on ICIMS is an added advantage
