Role & responsibilities

Lead an all-India sales team for sales of furnishings fabrics to meet the business targets

Find and recruit a capable sales team

  1. Manage the sales team to meet the productivity targets and sales numbers

  2. Meet, appoint and handle agents & distributors and monitor & hand hold them to meet

their area targets

  1. Develop & nurture relations with the agents, distributors and key retail outlets

  2. Work with the owners to create and implement long term & short term business plan

  3. Design & run customer schemes and promotions from time to time

  4. Partner with the marketing team to implement retail branding and point of purchase

promotions

  1. Participate in exhibitions and events to promote Fine Dcor brand

  2. Guide and coach the sales team and build a strong team

  3. Monitor and control market outstandings and collections

  4. Design & implement sales team incentive structure

  5. Create sales systems and processes

Preferred candidate profile

graduate with 15+ years of experience which is relevant

Ready to travel PAN India
