Position: Store Manager Location: Various locations in Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned, application from anywhere in the country are welcome)   Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management:   - Oversee day-to-day store operations independently.   - Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.   - Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.   2. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:   - Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.   - Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement.   3. Employee Management and Leadership:   - Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.   - Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.   4. Relationship Building:   - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.   5. Communication and Reporting:   - Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.   - Generate and analyse sales reports for management review.     Requirements Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail store management (2-3 years). - Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Benefits Salary :  4 lacs - 5 lacs+ incentives Requirements Requirements: • Proven experience as maintenance manager • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. • Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
