If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Director to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).Overview• Drive management of Biometrics and Data Sciences operations consistent with company/organizationsstrategy and goals, including delivery management, client management and people management• Ensure implementation of methodologies/ processes to enable high standards of delivery• Contribute to company strategy, business plan and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and promote use of consistent, efficient and quality processes to meet timelines and deliverablesaccording to requirements and standard operating proceduresEnsure compliance of operations with governing regulatory requirementsContribute to new solutions and initiatives related to real world data analytics, modelling, simulation anddigitizationHandle all resource projections and manage resource requirements and utilization for all service delivery activitiesSupport executive management on all aspects of execution and business developmentCreate, maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer serviceGuide training, career development, line management processes and ensure ethical practices within the teamLiaise with counterparts from other functional groups to continually assess and improve cross-departmentaloperational processes and qualityPromote and participate in the development and coordination of global strategic, technical, and operationalinitiatives. Works with counterparts to update, develop and implement harmonized Actu-Real SOPsDefine resource specifications, hire and prepare resources for deployment on client account delivery teamsProvide support to Business Development and participate in client presentations to provide general and/or clientspecific overviews of Actu-Real Biometrics capabilitiesDevelop goals for department to continually enhance productivity and quality and actively contribute to thestrategic decision-making process and impetus to achieve the corporate goalsTechnical requirementsGood understanding of practice area including regulatory/ compliance requirements and ICH-GCP guidelinesGood understanding of all aspects of drug development and clinical research and how it is linked to Real WorldEvidenceThorough understanding of safety, efficacy reporting for clinical trials, experience on real world observational/postmarketing studiesKnowledge of all aspects of managing offshore delivery in a global modelFocus on quality, proactive and analytical thinkingStrong critical and logical thinking skillsAbility to work across various domainsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent ability to manage multiple and varied tasks, prioritize workload with attention to detailEffective time management to meet objectivesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiativesAbility to make appropriate decisions in ambiguous situationsAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
