We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help drive student enrollments for our Animation Course and generate business leads for Interior Designing Services (focused on commercial spaces).

This is a remote position where you will connect with prospective students and businesses, understand their needs, explain our offerings, and convert them into valuable leads or enrollments. Your role will be key in shaping our customer experience and expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for Animation Courses and Interior Designing Services.
  • Communicate the benefits of our services in both English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Convert leads into enrollments or service appointments through consultative selling.
  • Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Result-oriented and passionate about sales and customer service.
  • Good understanding of Animation & Interior Designing services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable working remotely with discipline and strong time management.
  • Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or counseling is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in using basic computer tools and CRM systems.

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance)
