Position: Lead Generation Executive Location: Remote Department: Lead Generation Reporting To: Team Leader Role Overview: The Lead Generation Executive will collaborate closely with the business team, taking full ownership of identifying and generating new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to maximize every client interaction with professionalism, positivity, and alignment to the organization’s core values and ethics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting outbound calls into qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth. Primary Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through outbound calls (Focus area-Cold Calls) and emails, ensuring consistent follow-up on generated leads. Collaborate closely with the business team to generate qualified leads across various industry sectors. Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective and existing customers. Achieve individual and departmental targets based on provided calling data. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Interact with clients in a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned manner at all times. Deliver prompt, efficient, and high-quality service in every interaction. Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams by scheduling appointments. Secondary Responsibilities: Conduct research and qualification of new leads to support business development efforts. Stay updated on product and service offerings, as well as market developments. Promote and upsell products or services where applicable. Provide support to other departments as and when required to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or Postgraduate degree; an MBA or relevant specialization will be an added advantage Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in product-based telesales or B2B sales roles. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling techniques. Highly organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills that contribute to both personal and organizational growth. Positive and professional attitude toward handling objections and overcoming challenges. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities or tasks relevant to the role as required.
