About You : Diploma or Qualifications in Human Resources Position Summary : This role maintains and enhances Happy HR's subscribers HR practices by effectively reviewing, planning and successfully inducting them into the software. Ongoing, this role works closely with all subscribers as their HR partner to assist them with all HR related issues, evaluating employee relations, human resources policies, position description alignment, seminars and other strategies to drive our subscribers engagement to HR best practice and our platform. This is very much a consultative role so it is imperative you understand and build a high level of rapport with our clients. You are to lead by example and manage your team to ensure compliance to company process and procedures. We are FULLY REMOTE, as such we provide you with company laptops, phones and IT etc. so you need to be someone that enjoys working from home. Key Requirements : Applicable years of HR industry experience Effective at hiring and developing recruitment strategies General human resources management knowlwedge Understanding of benefits administration Knowledge of performance management Effective at employee communication processes Compensation and wage structure advice skills Ability to classify employees to awards Understanding of employment law & laws against sexual harassment/bulling Mature approach to tasks with attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and oral Excellent computer and software skills Strong training and coaching skills Knowledge of current business HR issues and laws as well as strong research skills to be able to find answers to HR law Job Responsibility : Prepares subscribers for induction by establishing and conducting reviews and training programs Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of subscribers work results by training managers on how to coach and discipline employees; scheduling training conferences with subscribers; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors or other Maintains employee benefits programs and informs subscribers of changes to awards and legalisation Maintains subscribers by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Recruitment activities as required to assist in head hunting, interviewing, reference checks and other Answering inbound support calls to assist users with HR and other issues Outbound calls to users when we are notified of an HR or other issue Functional testing of new features prior to user release Provide new user set ups, inductions etc including emails, education and other in order to get new users up to speed Write blog content, assist with conducting seminars and other marketing related activities to represent position as an expert in HR Premium service support and consulting Job Functions : HR manager Job Benefits : Ongoing personal development is high on the agenda for us as we want to see our people thrive.
