We are looking for a talented and professional unisex Hair Stylist who will be responsible for providing hair care services to our clients. In this position, you will be expected to cut, color, and style hair to meet our clients' needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for Hair treatments and chemical works besides maintaining a clean and organized work environment and staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.Essential Job FunctionsCut, trim, and style hair based on clients' preferences and hair typeProvide hair treatments, such as coloring, highlights, and keratin , botox treatmentsRecommend hair care products and tools to clients to maintain their hairstyleManage appointments and ensure timely service for clientsMaintain cleanliness and organization of salon workstations and toolsStay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and trainingProvide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Education and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as unisex hairstylistHigh school diploma or equivalentValid state cosmetology licenseExcellent communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with a variety of hair cutting and styling techniquesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsPrior experience working as a hair stylistPortfolio of previous work and satisfied clientsContinuing education in hair cutting and styling techniquesKnowledge of current fashion and beauty trendsAbility to work well in a team environmentGreat communication and interpersonal skillsCreative mindset and artistic personalityGood time management skillsManual dexterity and attention to detailCustomer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
