We are looking for a talented and professional unisex Hair Stylist who will be responsible for providing hair care services to our clients. In this position, you will be expected to cut, color, and style hair to meet our clients' needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for Hair treatments and chemical works besides maintaining a clean and organized work environment and staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.

Essential Job Functions

Cut, trim, and style hair based on clients' preferences and hair type

Provide hair treatments, such as coloring, highlights, and keratin , botox treatments

Recommend hair care products and tools to clients to maintain their hairstyle

Manage appointments and ensure timely service for clients

Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon workstations and tools

Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as unisex hairstylist

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid state cosmetology license

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Prior experience working as a hair stylist

Portfolio of previous work and satisfied clientsContinuing education in hair cutting and styling techniques

Knowledge of current fashion and beauty trends

Ability to work well in a team environment

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Creative mindset and artistic personality

Good time management skills

Manual dexterity and attention to detail
