We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychologist with at least 2 years of professional experience, who is also comfortable managing operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone returning from a career break and looking to re-establish themselves in a flexible, supportive environment.

You will be responsible for providing psychological support to clients while also ensuring smooth coordination of sessions, documentation, and daily operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality content for mental health awareness, training modules, workshops, and resource materials.
  • Create case studies, self-help toolkits, and program-specific psychological resources.
  • Conduct limited one-on-one virtual counseling or guidance sessions as required, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Coordinate client scheduling, session documentation, and digital record-keeping.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including reporting, database management, and program administration.
  • Assist in planning and execution of mental health initiatives, campaigns, and online events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and organizational goals.
  • Balance content development, operational tasks, and client support effectively.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology / Counseling / Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior counseling/therapy experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology (online counseling tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a virtual team.
  • Open to professionals returning from a career break.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing or supporting operations in a clinical, educational, or nonprofit setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle both client counseling and operational responsibilities seamlessly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
