Customer Support Specialist

Main Purpose: Communicate with customers to answer their inquiries and solve their problems.
Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
● Building good relationships with clients.
● Resolving complaints and following up on new decisions.
● Follow procedures and policies.
● Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
● Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
● Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customer.
● Work on any additional tasks related to the job.
Requirements
● Communication skills
● Bilingual Communication Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Customer Focus: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions.
● Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
● Attention to Detail: Ability to document customer accurately and efficiently.
● Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
● Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals.
● Resilience: Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with professionalism and composure.
● Previous Experience: Experience in a call or contact center is preferred.
