About On Arrival On Arrival is the AWS of travel—powering flights, hotels, insurance, and more via modular APIs and SDKs. We enable fintechs, banks, and large ecosystems to launch embedded travel experiences in under 30 days. Our stack is built for scale, privacy, and plug-and-play extensibility. Role Overview We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer – Onboarding & Implementation to lead the integration journey for our partners—owning both the technical implementation and the developer experience. This role blends full-stack development , solutioning , and developer advocacy , making you the bridge between our platform and the customer’s ecosystem. What You’ll Do Implement & Integrate: Work hands-on with fintechs and partners to integrate our travel APIs, micro-frontends, and SDKs into their mobile/web platforms. Solution Engineering: Architect custom flows using On Arrival’s modules, build sample implementations, POC and drive our product roadmap around implementation. Full-Stack Ownership: Write reference integrations, helper libraries (Node.js, Kotlin, React), and build UI samples using our SDKs and design system. Dev Rel & Docs: Own technical documentation, API guides, Postman collections, and code samples that make devs love building on On Arrival. Customer Onboarding: Be the technical face of On Arrival during onboarding sprints—working alongside partner tech teams to unblock, debug, and deliver. Internal Feedback Loop: Relay insights from implementations to product, infra, and design to continuously improve the platform and DX. Security & Compliance: Guide partners on how to integrate while staying compliant with OAuth, JWT, and their own SSO/identity infra. What You Bring 3–6 years of experience across full-stack development (Node.js / Kotlin + React/Next.js or similar). Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, auth flows , and browser-to-backend communication. Strong understanding of web/mobile integration workflows and API security. Excellent communication: You can debug with engineers and explain trade-offs to PMs or CTOs. Experience working with fintechs, enterprise clients, or B2 B APIs is a plus.
