Job Description · Service and supervision over the functioning of a digital platform for archiving materials produced for advertising campaigns. · Supporting the team with information on how the platform works for all its users. · Daily contact with internal and external clients on European markets. · Cooperation with the Central Team managing cooperation with an external client within the Agency; reporting data from theplatform to the Central Team. · Quality control of work on the platform performed by internal users: verification of completeness of data entered into the platform. · Organizing, creating and conducting trainings on the use of the platform for new team members. · Informing all platform users about changes, upgrades, new functionalities. · Collecting feedback on the functioning of the platform and managing it, reporting users' needs to the IT department. · Cooperation with the IT / Developers department in the field of platform maintenance, error reporting and creating User Cases for the IT / Developers department. · Reporting work progress and possible technical problems. Working on an independent position - managing your working time. Qualifications · At least one year of work as a project manager/content manager/QA specialist in an advertising agency. · Content management experience in any CMS system (Wordpress, AEM, Sitecore) is welcome. · Good knowledge of English. · You freely use MS Office tools. You are committed to your projects, accurate and conscientious. · You have the ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication. · Self-organization skills and proactive approach to tasks, independence in making decisions. · Experience in the advertising or IT industry will be an advantage.
