Azure Presales Architect
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
solution design review meetings with application team and other stakeholdersrequirements for new capabilities or changes from architecture, operations or customers to include them in the design of Public Cloud architecture.operational supportability of design, development, and engineering by working with operational support team in design and development such that the solution is operationally supportable technically and is properly documented operationally.Lessons Learned through each iteration of development process and incorporate ongoing changes to processes and/or technology to improve effectivenessautomation services in the Public Cloudon selecting the appropriate Azure service based on compute, data, networking, high-availability and security requirements.the detailed infrastructure design to operate the application software/services on Azure public cloud platformwith application manager/architects to understand requirements and document the detail requirements.in detail solution design for scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant hosting platform on AzureAzure Cost Optimizations initiativesin micro services architecture and Dockers containers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
degree in computers or equivalent.Cloud Architect Certification highly desiredEnglish communication skills (both written and verbal)very strong customer focusto juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environmenta self-starter who is excited about learning new and emerging technologies.REQUIRED SKILLS:
years of experience in a cloud infrastructure management/support role.to identify and gather requirements to define a solution to be built and operated on Azureto provide Azure operations and deployment guidance and best practiceswith a broad range of Azure technologies (e.g. VM’s, DB PaaS, Power BI, Blob Storage, Block Blob Storage, RBAC, Azure Monitor, Secrets, Functions, AKS, Express Route, VNET, Hub & Spoke, Private Links) to develop and maintain an Azure based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice cloud securitywith DevOps Orchestration/Configuration/Continuous Integration Management technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, Ansible.and Application monitoring across production and non-production platformsExperience with containers and HA clusters; experience with Docker and Kubernetes
