JobDescription: We are currentlyseeking a highly experienced GCP Architect to join our team on aremote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years ofexperience in architecting solutions on the Google Cloud Platform(GCP) with a deep understanding of services such as Data FusionBigQuery and Composer (Airflow). This is a highpriority positionoffering competitive compensation and the possibility of a longtermengagement.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designdevelop and implement scalable and reliable solutions on the GoogleCloud Platform.
  • Architect data pipelines andETL processes using GCP services like Data Fusion and Composer(Airflow).
  • Optimize data storage and retrievalusing BigQuery and other GCP storageservices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to gather requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
  • Provide technical leadership andmentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay updatedwith emerging technologies and best practices in GCP architectureand cloud computing.
  • Ensure the securityreliability and performance of GCPsolutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a GCP Architect orsimilar role with at least 7 years of relevant workexperience.
  • Strong proficiency in GCP cloudservices especially Data Fusion BigQuery and Composer(Airflow).
  • Extensive experience with SQL anddatabase technologies.
  • Solid understanding ofcloud architecture principles and bestpractices.
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Strong communication andcollaboration skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage priorities in a remoteenvironment.
  • Prior experience working inAgile/Scrum methodologies ispreferred.
Duration:
  • Thisis a fulltime position with a duration of 3 months with thepossibility of extension based on performance and projectneeds.
