Job Description & Expectations:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Client Analytics, Growth Metrics, and SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in understanding client behaviours, driving growth initiatives, enhancing online presence through SEO strategies, and analysing de-growth metrics to ensure sustainable business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, customer insights, SEO, and strategic growth planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Analytics:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret client data to gain insights into client behaviours and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key client metrics.
  • Conduct client segmentation to identify high-value clients and target them with tailored strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to predict client needs and trends.


Growth Metrics:

  • Identify and analyse key growth metrics to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Develop models to forecast growth and set performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and implement growth strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns.


De-growth Analysis:

  • Identify factors contributing to client churn and business de-growth.
  • Analyse de-growth metrics to uncover underlying issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate client churn and retain high-value clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues leading to de-growth.


SEO Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.


Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Participate in the development of strategic plans to achieve business growth and sustainability.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement and track the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.


Stakeholder Communication:

  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and other key departments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on client analytics, growth objectives, and SEO strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on client analytics, growth metrics, and SEO.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in client analytics, growth strategy, SEO, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the (specific industry/sector) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce analytics, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
