Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen actively to customers concerns, questions, and requests, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior support staff when necessary.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, call handling, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • good verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic while dealing with customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support/call center (inbound process) is preferred but not mandatory.
