In this hands-on engineering role, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with the latest LLMs, multimodal models, and agent frameworks while contributing directly to production systems that serve global enterprise customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and deploy agentic AI and ML models for a variety of business use cases—including autonomous agents, planning, retrieval, and decision automation.Collaborate with technical leads and client stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate them into model specifications, and deliver high-impact solutions.Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Contribute to scalable architectures using PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related frameworks.Apply MLOps best practices for reproducibility, CI/CD, version control, and model lifecycle management.Integrate external APIs, third-party libraries, and agentic components into robust enterprise solutions.Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment patterns for cross-team sharing and onboarding.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, multimodal reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent systems.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field.2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production settings.Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, and at least one agentic or orchestration library (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).Experience building, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs, multimodal models, or retrieval-augmented systems.Familiarity with MLOps processes—containerization (Docker), cloud AI environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and code/documentation best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate in distributed teams.Experience in retail analytics, supply chain, digital transformation, or related business domains is a plus.What You’ll GetOpportunity to build real-world agentic AI systems used by enterprise clients in multiple industries.Collaborative global environment and access to cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and infrastructure.Flexible remote work setup and career growth opportunities in a fast-paced startup.Competitive compensation and performance-driven incentives.
