We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer to immediately join our dynamic team of app and website developers. As a part of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our digital platforms to provide end-to-end healthcare services that are intuitive and easy-to-use.


Responsibilities:


1. Website & WebApp Development:

• Develop new features as well as maintain and improve upon existing features for company websites and webapps

• Design and improvement of the architecture of the web application

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using web development best practices

• Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application

• Building reusable code and libraries for future use

• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements

• Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility of new features

• Integrate data from various back-end web services and databases

• Design, write, and edit website content

• Create and maintain software documentation

• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site


2. Manage Hosting Environment:

• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes


3. Testing and Bug-fixing:

• Create solutions for identified problems or bugs.

• Develop and validate test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and other quality assurance activities.


4. Website security:

• Staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends to ensure the website is current and secure

• Ensuring website accessibility and security to protect sensitive data and user information


5. Team Co-ordination

• Communicate with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily

• Coordinate with and manage contractors to execute software tasks

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Help with hiring of new developers


Skills and Qualifications:


1. Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is a must.


2. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.


3. Proficiency in HTML, Tailwind, HTMX & Alpine JS.


4. Experience with Django, Django Rest Framework and Celery.


5. Experience with PostGreSQL.


6. Familiarity with Docker, Next.js, CI/CD pipelines, and React Native is advantageous.


7. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.


8. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
